Dr. Alexandra Otto is a board-certified pediatric dentist and the current President of the
Texas Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. She and her husband, Tim, founded Kids Tooth Team
Pediatric Dentistry, a multi-location group practice in Texas and Michigan; Kids Tooth Team
Outreach, a nonprofit mobile clinic that has delivered over $600,000 in free dental care to
underserved children; and Alcan Dental Cooperative, a practice partnership organization
supporting pediatric dental practices with innovative management solutions.
Dr. Otto leads the Pediatric Dental Service Line at Texas Children’s Hospital – North Austin
Campus and serves as the pediatric dentist on its craniofacial team. She is also the private
practice expert on the AAPD Safety Committee, Chair of the Texas Dental Association’s
Council on Professions and Trends, and a member of Sprig Oral Health Technologies’
Scientific Advisory Board.

Nationally recognized as one of the ADA’s 10 Under 10 and Incisal Edge’s 40 Under 40, Dr.
Otto lectures internationally on AI integration in dentistry, minimally invasive pediatric
techniques, practice management, and pediatric prefabricated zirconia crowns.
