“Brushing is PAWsome! Introducing a Therapy Dog Into Your Practice” with Dr. Gila Dorostkar
Highlights of my presentation include how our family’s Golden Retriever, Aspen, became a certified therapy dog, officially introducing her into our practice routine, training Aspen to be chairside, and researching operational considerations such as liability insurance. Aspen’s effect on our patients has been magical and heartwarming and her presence in the office has been therapeutic for our entire team.
“Responding to Reviews; Turn Your Frustration Into Free Advertisement!” with Dr. Noor Bilbeisi
Online reviews can be a dentist’s dream or nightmare. We can all agree that a great online review can act as great advertisement for anyone willing to search. Reading a great review can make your day or even your week! But what about negative reviews? With so much at stake, getting a negative review can be a huge let down. Some dentists lose sleep over them. They may contain figments of falsehoods mixed with truth. With HIPAA regulations some dentists feel powerless against these sometimes vengeful posts.
